Absolutely everything. Where do i start… firstly on arrival you have to walk 10-15mins carrying all your luggage to a different hotel to collect the keys, at reception the staff weren’t bad on arrival, they told us where we need to go and then told me i need to put a €200 deposit down… fair enough i thought at first. Then arriving at the actual hotel (20 mins after trying to find it) we got in and the first thing i saw was p#ss stains in the elevators. Clearly where young people have had too much to drink!! Then we found the room.. for reference i stayed in room 209. The door on the outside didn’t look too bad but as soon as you unlock the door it felt like walking into a homeless persons shelter. There looked like there was wood worms in the wood kitchen cupboards as they had been chipped away and falling apart, light sockets were falling off the walls, the doors and door ways looked like they had been chewed up by dogs and was simply an accident waiting to happen, the walls and skirting boards were covered in dirt, dust and scuff marks. the bathroom was dim and covered in black stains and mould around the bath, the sink was leaking and every-time i washed in the sink i would end up with wet floors flowing to the hall way (another safety hazard), there was what seemed to be flying ant nests in the wooding separating the balcony’s as they kept flying through and into my apartment and covering me in bites. Not to mention it reached high 30s with no air-con.. it was literally an oven!! I got one roll of toilet paper to last me 4 days, not once was it cleaned while i was there nor did i get new/ fresh bedding or towels (the towels were also only hand towels- no full sized ones were given). Honestly this is the worst place i have ever stayed and I’m ashamed in booking.com for even selling it as this nice quality apartment block in Salou. As a loyal customer to booking.

Doesn’t provide washing up liquid or sponges, however shops only round the corner so we didn’t mind!

No info given of where to fetch the keys, aimlessly walking around rentamars to find someone, ended uo having to ring someone, collect keys from an office 5 mins walk away. Gave us 1 key and chanred is 120 because we didn't give 2 keys back Problem with booking when we found them, so had to go away for half an hour, No air con and it was scorching

Apartment would benefit from a few more amenities if you’re staying for more than 2/3 days.
