Swimming pool and Raffa- man at the pool bar- very honest and great men! Location but not good for families

Cockroach in the room- huge! I nearly git heart attack! My kids couldnt sleep there! Had to have light on all night! Towels-you only are able to get hand towel- so my husbent had to use beach towel to dry himself! Plus they were all dirty, No kettle in the room, kitchen cooker didnt work, we had to be quiet in room from 10 pm but other people wher screaming, making noise all night. Tiny tv on wall-ok but for us was too small compare to people in others room we were in room E604, 6 th floor . 300 euro for deposit - even do the room is all destroid! So so dissopointed-spend 2000 euro for only room where i could spend that in hotel! Never again-avoid it!

Location is perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants, stores, supermarkets. The staff at the reception were very friendly, except for Hudy, this guy was very hude.

To be improved

The apartment was getting the sun all day and it roasted the apartment. There is a centralised Air conditioning system which was not working as should, it was very very weak, impossible to be inside of the apartment during the day. We rented two fans to help to reduce the heat. No information that we didn't have towels, so we rented 5 towels 2 euro each, why not give an option to add and include in the price? Finally, we have to take the bin out, wash the dishes, clean the place, otherwise they will keep the deposit of 300 euro.

“Avoid, avoid, avoid.”

This place is entirely unsuitable for families. It’s loud, unclean, unsafe and nothing alike the photographs. The only way I can describe it is to say that it was like staying in a prison, a very loud prison. I have videos of how loud it was all night long, despite the supposed 22:00 quiet time 🥴

“Was nice and good, fair apartments, size ok.. beds ok, clean.. no any issue.. staff was really helpful and trying to help and answer all questions. · Cons: I didn't like it, and I consider it important that air-conditioning was so dirty inside that I was afraid about air quality inside the room. Finally, we all, including kids, are breathing that air, and airconditioner was so dirty inside, in the part where air passes that I was a bit afraid.. finally, we had to use it to balance the humidity and temperature. I don't have any other complaints, only a kind recommendation that hotel pays at least once per year for professional clima cleaning service.. that's all. All the rest was correct.”
