“Good location, shame about everything else.”

The location and size of the apartment.

Stains on the bedding and towels. Beds were not made. The bathrooms smelt disgusting. The kitchen was poorly equipped (no bowls!) Entering the property was made not easy as the locks were difficult to open. The parking space available was impossible to get in to. The reception desk was not at the actual apartments, but a good ten minutes walk away.

“Great value for Money in February”

Location is very good. We were there in February when 90% of Salou is empty, specially the area around the beach. Apartments have own pool (closed in February). Adventura Park / Ferrari Land (closed in February) is near by. Everything is clean and neat.

To be improved

The walls are really-really thin. We only had few neighbours, but you could hear everything through the walls. The sliding door to balcony is to lockable. Parking spot no.1 is reallllly tight. If you have cars parked around you it's difficult to get in and out from the spot.

“Spartan large apartment with sunny terrace, poor agency support…”

Big apartment (reason we rented), big sunny terrace with outlook over green bushes, very quiet, good location and nice to have private parking in the underground garage…

To be improved

First of all the payment platform Rentalmar uses has very bad reviews and I could not trust. When questioning other payment methods during a call the agency person was very unfriendly! Then we had a string of issues; the remote for the entry and garage would not work - it took them two days to come and replace it with a working one.. the electricity constantly went out if you use more than two appliances at the same time…??? They could not fix that. Also the apartment was quite worn and not clean - we were welcomed by a big patch of black mold under the window living room. Beds are all single very basic metal frame style and uncomfortable! The communication with Rentalmar was not that pleasant and we never got a single apology for any of the serious inconveniences… Can’t recommend…
