The location was very central, easy access to beach,shops and restaurants.

Disgrace of a hotel. Dirty, Staff very rude, reception open when we got here at around 1 am but female staff kept shouting closed call number. This number was a number for emergencies. Staff member was not helpful and telling us cant do anything for us to check in. No where to buy food or water at the hotel. Shops open 9am till 10pm. You have to buy toilet rolls also. No kettle in room but a machine you can buy pods for at 5 euro each. We travelled with a 1 year.old and was told travel.cot was 10 euro a night. Kettle 5 euro a day. Beds and furniture not clean we.spent nearly half a day cleaning it after.buying all the cleaning products. Some nice bars locally. Avoid this hotel like the plague

The apartment its self was spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. Reception staff very helpful.

I stayed here with my daughter,her husbandand twins of 2 yrs. I had emailed before our visit asking for early check-in and 2 travel cots for the apartment but when we arrived we were told we'd have to pay €30 and would not get it until 12 and as actual check in was 3 we didn't bother. There was no kettle in the room soon enquiring i was told we could hire one for €15 for 5 days, you could buy one locally for less! We ran out of toilet paper and when I went to reception I was told you had to buy it from them!!! I've stayed in a lot of places and never was I not supplied with either a kettle or the basics of toilet paper. The apartment had minimum delph with just 1 large bowl. reception team were lovely and friendly and the place was spotless. The pool area was lovely too. We requested a taxi the night before our departure for 7am and when we went to get it it never showed up and reception was closed, the taxis we rang hung up and we had no idea who the receptionist had phoned, perhaps a good idea would be to leave a sign at reception giving taxi details they use so if in our case you're stranded we have a number. We went toa nearby hotel and they helped us out The place is about 10 mins from shops and there is a bus near by to Salou. If you have babies in disposable nappies bring them as they are REALLY expensive unless you can get to. a Lidl and it's quite far out near the airport. Mercadona in Salou was cheapest at almost €10 for what you pay €4 for at home!
