We found too long the online check-in procedure, too many sensitive data requested. Being in an inner courtyard, the flat is dark even in the middle of the day, but probably in summertime this helps in cooling the flat.

-Check in was awful: they sent us several emails asking about our arrival time and mentioning if we arrived after 22.00we would either had to pay 50 euro or walk ourselves to the office to pick up the key (20-30min walk). We had a child and obviously walking after 22.00 to get a key or paying 50 euros (!) was not a good option. We emailed to say we would definitely be at the property before 21.30. We rushed from the airport and were at the property by 21.15 only to find out that there was nobody there and we were sent an email instead on how to open the door. Why would they warn us about 22.00 and send us emails if they were not there anyway?! Next problem was the email... it had a link which was supposed to 'activate' the door. No matter how many times we tried to do it, following instructions and trying different phones, the door would not open. It started to rain, we were outside for 45 minutes. When we finally got hold of the office lady on the phone, she suggested us trying to call all the neighbours and asking them to open the door for us (!). Embarrassing but we tried, obviously nobody opened it for us. She finally said she was on her way to us to open the door and was "5 min" away... In the meantime another elderly tourist couple came back from the city and as they opened the apartments doors, they let us in. 15 min later "the office lady" called (not came) and asked if we managed to get in. When I told her that we got there, she replied "oh, good, then I won't be coming then". I was so frustrated and upset. -Several things were out of order: bathroom door handle completely broken (the offered to send a handyman to fix it); bedroom main light wasn't working and the duvet and a pillow for our child were not done -Last but not least was the noise levels... You could hear everything: neighbours talking, people walking, maintenance works (on Monday, someone started to drill from 7.45).

When checking in, I was sent the wrong entry code, we had to call to get in. The fuse blows during the night even though there are no consumers, you can hear every neighbor, poor insulation, the handle in the bathroom is falling

The walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbours, quite a lot of noise over night.

The power kept tripping out which was unexpected although we did manage to find the fuse box by the front door to switch it back on. We found it would also go off in the night when we didn’t have anything switched on.
