“The room has almost everything you need. · Cons: It smels like mold very bad. The room is just a big storage room transformed into a Studio.it has no sound insulation. You hear everything it is happening close. The hot water is not enough for 2 persons to shower. There is a bar close and the People there are very noisy so it is hard to sleep at night and especially în the morning.And the bed sheets were dirty.I do not recommend the place.”

The best

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It is clean, bright, and spacious, with a private bathroom and a separate shower cabin, which we appreciated. The bedroom is large and includes a huge closet for clothes, a washing machine, and a shower cabin. The living room is comfortable with two sofas, a small table, and a big TV. The kitchen is cozy, well-equipped with a large fridge, microwave, small table for two, stove, and sink. We don't drink coffee, and the owner kindly arranged a kettle for us the next day, which made our stay even better. The apartment also has air conditioning, which was a great plus. The bus stops are just 1-2 minutes away across the street, and there is a grocery store nearby. Great location, lovely host, and highly recommended for a stay. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. The only downside is the street light from the main door that keeps the bedroom light at night. It would be much better to have a black-out curtain between the living room and the bedroom to block the light coming from the outside.

The best

First the host. He came to meet me to hand the keys. He is nice and cool, helpful and patient. He even took the time to show me the various places outsides to buy food and the restaurants. There are many around, one in particular very good! The location is easily accessible by a direct bus from the intercity bus station where I arrived. The bus stop is just 1 minute from the studio. There are 3 buses that pass there to get to the centre of Sevilla, about a 25-minute ride. The studio is spacious, well equipped with its own door to the sidewalk, including a washing machine. Although the building has some age, the studio is renovated to modern standards. Excellent wi-fi!
