We loved everything about the property. The location was outstanding, the apartment had everything we needed for two couples, beds and sofa extremely comfortable.

The only thing we felt could be an issue was the main door to the building (not the apartment itself). You can’t leave the building via the front door unless you have the key to get out. There did appear to be a button on the wall, that probably, when pressed unlocked the door to get out but it didn’t work. When we checked out upon leaving our stay, we had to unlock the building door with the key, get one of our party to hold the door open, while one of us went back up to the apartment to leave the keys inside. If one of you went out I.e. to shops and left the others at the apartment, there was no way for you to leave the building if the one had taken the key with them.

Communication with Rental Sevilla was poor. I speak very little Spanish, and I kept asking for them to communicate in English. There was a problem accessing the apartment and they did not respond. Eventually they sent a young gentleman who was very, very helpful.

Property is in a brilliant location. Clean and tidy. We needed a late check in which was facilitated so smoothly. Couldn’t fault this property at all.

Description of the property says we will be met by host on arrival. There is an unfamiliar hi tech method for initial entry that it would have been good to know about in advance.
