The check-in procedure, the link is provided on the day of arrival, 1 hour before check in, everything on spanish?!?! So on a 40 degrees you need to find internet, and fullfill all requirements, take (upload) selfie, upload photos of all passports(4 of us).....after that you can enter the appartment. The parking is not in the same building, so you first need to find a parking,unload the luggage, enter the appartment, pick up the parking key, and park the car on nearby location, and also the instructions for all that is provided on the arrival day at 14h. When we enter the appartment, there were ants in the kitchen (photos attached). The communication coninued on spanish, all instructions for check-out and requirements for information WHEN we will leave the appartment exactly?!?! Overal communication was terrible!

Poor state of repair and upkeep. Hot water only worked 1 day. Mattresses and pillows are worn out, need to be replaced. No shower head holder, no kitchen lighting ( used flashlights). Long check-in including selfie and ID docs pics required just before entering. Wrong code to get in and erroneous instructions to locate keys and for Wifi. These were reported to staff which pretended to care.Truly disappointing!

No lift for luggage and no storage for luggage for check in and check out, although storage was offered by the owners at their head offices.

We were given the wrong instructions and passwords and as a results we entered someone else’s airbnb.
