The apartment was clean and well equipped. Spacious enough for 3 people. In a quiet neighborhood not far from city center

We sent a message to the property beforehand to let them know that we will be there at 3:30pm for the check in and yet when we arrived, we had to wait outside with our luggage past 4pm since the lady cleaning the apartment was not done yet. After calling the person in charge they let us in the appartement and we had to sit in the terrace waiting for the cleaning lady to finish.

It was clean, very spacious and in a great location. Self contained, although we didn’t use the facilities available apart from the washing machine.

The location was great, and the apartment was clean.

To be improved

Communication with the host was not the best. Not as responsive to issues we had. The toilet flush button was broken, the shower did not drain well, and the hot water ran out quickly, only one person can shower, and you have to wait for the hot water to replenish, there was not enough toiletpaperfor the length of our stay, we had to purchase our own, and the nespresso coffee maker was broken.

Well equipped, comfortable, exceeded our expectations and met all our needs. Any negatives were fairly minor and far outweighed by the positives

Lack of instructions re tv, operation of the washer and no information about the area, e.g. grocery stores, restaurants, wifi network as posted was not recognised, poor map (unreadable).
