“Nicely presented and conveniently positioned”

The best

The location is great; it's just below Alameda de Hércules and there's plenty of little bars, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is nicely presented and was both clean and tidy; the kitchen has everything you might need, including a kettle! The bed seemed fine, and all the bedding/towels/etc were clean and fresh. The bathroom is only accessible via the bedroom, but it was clean and stocked with toilet roll, shampoo, etc.

To be improved

There was a bit of confusion around accessing the apartment (partly because there's a keybox outside the main entrance); you have to use the supplied remote-unlock URL to get through the main entrance and security gate, and then use the supplied pincode on the keyboard which is next to the apartment door. It's also worth noting that the apartments are identified by a letter rather than a number, which isn't something I've seen before!
