First checking-in requires a ten minute drive trip to another location to fetch the key. Another customer mentioned that in June 2024 and they promised to fix the issue but more than six months later they did not fix it. They could simply add a security box next to the building gate to retrieve the key. After all, this is how I got the key from the other location on the day of arrival. Second, the bathroom drain does not work properly. After the shower the bathroom remains full of water. I kept pictures of how bad it was. Third, the heater leaks on the kitchen counter. The counter continues to have water all day. I also kept pictures of that. Fourth, the kitchen lacked a kettle to make tea or coffee

They put the keys in a office 5 km away. U need to pick it urself. There's 10km in total to go and back. Because u have many luggage so u can't take bus. So it cosy 20 euros of taxi. That is the first time I go that far to pick the keys. Why don't they put the keys in other cities? Ridiculous

The worst accommodation in Seville. Extremely poor communication. We slept in the floor and the cleaning was horrible.
