- Apartment: Third floor without lift, upon entering the first impression is that the photos do not correspond to the advert, although nice, the photos taken with the wide angle are a little deceiving regarding the spaces. The terrace, however, is beautiful. The wardrobe is inconvenient to use because it is too close to the bed. The shower is extremely small: it must be indicated in the description that the shower cannot be used for bigger people. - Cleanliness: Cleaned apartment, except for the bathroom air vent which had visible accumulations of years-old dust. Furthermore, the terrace table had not been cleaned for weeks. - services: - Internet: not working, even though we connected to the router there was no network. we wrote several times to report it, but they never called the technician and we were without wifi at home. I have to say very disappointed especially because those coming from outside have to pay for roaming. They also didn't even know the name of the network. I would say unacceptable. - Towels: cleaned - Bubble bath: we found the dispensers empty, even the hand soap. Embarrassing! we had to buy shower gel at the supermarket as they didn't bring it to us after reporting it. - toilet paper: they only left us 2 rolls for a week and for 2 people? we bought those too and what was left over we left there.... for the next unfortunate people who will live there. - Other: a very bad thing is the fact of having a key system for the electricity. In a few words, if you wanted to go out you had to turn off the power. Which prevented us from going down and leaving a device or power bank to charge. Really limiting.
