The apartment wasn’t ready for our arrival even though we had agreed upon a time. This meant we had to wait a very long time to access the apartment and we had to reschedule everything. The hosts didn’t really help. The floor and bathroom were dirty.

Not an apartment but poorly equipped hotel room with no kitchenette, glasses or mugs. Been given a handful of paper cups instead. No iron. Musty smell because the room is quite damp. The towels had no chance or drying meaning had to use wet towels for 5 days No cleaning supplies - nightmare when you book for more than two nights, the bathroom floor looked awful and had nothing to mop or clean it with.

The best

Very comfortable bed. Good location very close to El Plaza de Hercules. About a 22 minute walk to the centre. Nice bathroom. Very clean.

To be improved

No instructions on WIFI we were without WIFI for the first day and night of our stay, after messaging the property multiple times. Very little basic amenities soap and toilet paper especially. Otherwise a pleasant stay!
