Apartment was still full of the previous guests' trash on arrival. No clean bedsheets on the beds, no clean towels in the bathroom, trash cans overflowing, trash on cooking/eating surfaces. AC wasn't on, so it was hotter inside than outside (98F/37C that day), no instructions on how to turn it on (turns out there were three separate controllers, two of which had to be turned on by wall switches that looked like standard light switches). Called the host and was told nothing could be done: no cleaning services could be sent until the next day, no help/instructions with the AC, no offer to place us elsewhere or refund us for the night if we went to a hotel. Lady on the phone was nice and apologetic, especially after we sent pictures of the filth, but she couldn't offer more than her apologies. So my kids and I had to sleep in somebody else’s filth, then leave the apartment early in the morning as we had been promised cleaning would be sent “first thing”. Came back at around 1pm to find the cleaning person, who had just arrived, telling us to "come back in a couple of hours". Finally, a full 24hs after check-in, we could get into a clean apartment. When I complained to the property, they had the nerve to tell me there was nothing they could do because “I had confirmed that the problem was solved by sending a cleaning person so the issue was rectified”, ignoring the fact it was a full day later and hours later than promised, and that an entire day and night of our 4-day stay was sitting atop somebody else’s filth. The initial disappointment turned into full astonishment that they would treat guests that way, both on Booking and on the property’s part. Additionally, master bedroom’s shower leaks all over the floor, tiled terrace staircase is dangerously slippery. Adhesive strips of a non-slip material are highly recommended, along with better customer service and a commitment to not make guests sleep on stripped beds on a filthy...

We purposely picked the pool and roof top ,to cool down and relax. However it was filthy. Four women would in no way get into dirty pool and cloudy filthy water. Also the apartment Aircon was not turned on. Tried a call agency staff no one answered back.. We loved rooftop and it was disappointing. Location was great. Thankfully we made the most of it as Seville is amazing city..

There is a smell sometimes from drain in main bathroom and walk in shower flowing out of shower

The tub was not hot and that was disappointing for us as that was one of the reasons we booked the apartment . The address we were given did not bring us to the apartment on google maps but once we found it that problem was solved .
