Great location and nice amenities.

Nothing bad about the residence but customer service representative could use lessons. I was contacted about arrival time. Responded twice and no response from company. They contacted me finally and said the home would be accessible at 3p even though we arrived at noon. Gave me option to store bags but business was no longer open. Said I could also drop at the office for free but was a distance away. When I contacted them about meeting at 3p was told they wouldn’t arrive until 3:30p because the walk from office would take a long time. I think they should have left office earlier to arrive at 3p. Very snippy. Finally discovered a storage next door to unit. Would stay again.

Locally centred. Clean and spacious apartment. Bathrooms excellent. Kitchen excellent.

Pillows were too soft. Parking for hire car was expensive and too far from apartment.
