The location is excellent, close to everything and in a calm neighbourhood. The pool is a bit small, but for small kids is perfect.

“It was really nice that the aparment has a pool! We went Sevilla middle of july, it was extremely hot, but with a pool and aircon was perfect! The area its really frendly and quiet and its only around 30min walk from the centre.”

“Very nice apartment in Seville”

It is a very lovely apartment with two separate bedrooms, lounge, close to supermarkets and restaurants, close to bus stops. The apartment was clean, great to have washing machine, and iron. It was warm, very comfortable and of a generous size with the balcony. Having the fridge and freezer was convenient. The microwave and oven for cooking was great. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for use. It was very helpful to have a clothes rack for drying our washing on the balcony. The crockery, cutlery and glassware were great as were the pots and pans. It was nice to have a balcony that you could sit outside on and enjoy an expresso from the machine in the apartment. The iron was useful, and there is a dishwasher machine in the apartment. It was great to have clothes wash and dishwash tablets supplied.

To be improved

Everything was great but it would have been very good to have dishwash and cloth and scrubbing pad to do the dishes (we had to supply our own and chose not to use the dishmaster). Then it is easy to keep the kitchen area really clean and tidy. A toaster and electric kettle for making a cup of tea would be great to have. Some lights in the bedrooms did not work (new bulbs needed). The handbasins need plunged as the water drains out slowly.
