The property had many rooms. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

To be improved

Sometimes the water gives out static shocks when we are using. WiFi was down a couple of days, and the host didn’t come to fix even though they said they will send someone to check.

“Great location, very bad apartment and communication with host”

The location is amazing. Very central, within walking distance of many shops and things to see.

To be improved

The apartment is not clean. The bathroom doors do not lock / open easily. The bathroom floors look very unclean. The airconditioning in 2 rooms did not work. The portable unit is so loud and requires the output to be outside the apartment to cool it and there is no fixed way to do that unless you open the window (which would allow the hot air right back in) - not functional. Communication with the host is not helpful. They sent two people to repair the airco, i had to cut my lunch short and get back to let them in, and then after 1 hour 45 min, they could not repair the two broken aircos. They were laughing at the poor state in which the aircos were left, not at all maintained. The host offered us relocation, but because we were with 2 elderly people and we were only staying 3 nights, we did not want to pack up all our stuff and move. 1) the location is difficult to reach with car and 2) we would lose so much time to move. I felt that the condition of the apartment was not really that important because of its great location, so the host can get away with late replies, not useful suggestions, since people have no choice.
