“Disappointed and nightmare”

They all send messages in Spanish. They did not inform we how to receive the keys. I tried to reach them. The gave us the place for 2 guests, although we paid and inform them by booking Com for 3 persons. They did not give the sheet, towel, pillow and blanket for the third person first night. Second night as we were angry and asked the only gave towels, pillow, sheet for the third and not warm blanket. They said that the company did not allow to give the blanket. We stayed 3 nights, and our third party was freezing at nights because she did not have warm cover. Although they informed us that they have a Wi-Fi connection first 2 days their internet service was not operating, and we paid for internet connection by mobile phone applications and this caused us additional expense lose from our budget. Our stay was nightmare, and we are disappointed.

Very organized. Clean. Had everything we needed. And the staff was very timely in response. Very good value for money. If I’m visiting Sevilla again I’ll definitely be there

Response to requests was very low and sometimes not fulfilled at all e.g we had I hot water on our last day and some few days ago, though I had a few communication with the property owners. Light from the streets wasn’t completely curtained off. No guidelines to use the gadgets in the room. You can always ask ask active response would take sometime.
