To start with, the key from the main gate was inside the flat, and had no idea of that because they did not tell us. We parked on the street, had to drag out luggage with us, and only to call the in the morning ao thay they can tell us where the garage key was. They forgot to tell us prior to that. We got there at 1am, drove around for 30-45’ to find the entrance, lucky the gate keepers were helpful enough and told us how to get these. We rang the number, but of course no one answered. They left the key in Fuengirola, so you need to collect it from there before going to the accommodation- you can put a key seif in from of the door :) Super loud neighbours, so if you want the sleep, no chance- the noise is coming from left right and centre, as the building is not sound proof at all. You can even hear them talking and peeing🙃 The wifi is non existent. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms. Stove super slow but it works.

The keys had to be picked up from a locker in another town 30 mins drive from the apartment. Communication was very poor from the start. Simple things like wifi access code had to be asked for. From the 3 phone numbers put in the listing, only one answered the call in 5 days, and the main number would answer with an hour - one day delay if they answer at all. We asked if Wifi could be looked into and during our 5 day stay never got a reply. It was hardly enough to open a webpage let alone watch movies or work. The place is listed as having a year round pool, but we weren’t given the key and our repeated requests were simply ignored. Very poor management and much to improve.

The apartment is pet friendly so it’s a lot of pet hairs everywhere in the apartment, if you are Allergic or if you have Asthma please consider another apartment. My husband had trouble breathing everyday
