“Disaster with communication, organisation and welcome”
The best

No message or response when we arrived at the property, delivery of the keys from the booth at the entrance to the residence and insufficient "information" on the location of the house in a huge complex, which led us to search for 30 minutes for the apartment. Parking lot occupied by a motorbike that forced us to park outside on the street. Result: arrived at 3 pm and entered the house at 4:30 pm. All with a terrible service via WhatsApp or calls (when they answered). The only thing we liked was the balcony of the house.
