First, I must say that Mrs. Maria is a lovely person and an inspiring host who radiates warmth and efficiency. The apartment is nestled in a private residence with a fantastic pool, a cosy jacuzzi, and plenty of greenery. It’s super well-equipped, so you'll have everything you need, whether planning a short getaway or a more extended stay. I really can’t think of anything I would miss! The balcony offers a beautiful view of the pool, and it really captures the stunning sunsets. It must be such a comforting and peaceful spot to unwind, take in those moments, and listen to bird songs, too! The kitchen has much more than the essentials, the bed is super comfy with a high-quality mattress, and the bathroom has been freshly renovated. You’ll find some great pubs, cafes, restaurants, and a Mercadona hypermarket just a few minutes away on foot. It’s only a short stroll to Al Mata Beach or the beach with natural pools. If you venture a bit further into the centre of Torrevieja, you’ll discover even more beautiful beaches and a lively nightlife scene. If you’re visiting with someone special, check out the heart-shaped rock on the nearby beach! I also advise installing the Taxi Torrevieja app if you want to use taxi services (no Uber, and it is hard to grab a taxi on the street). There’s also a lovely natural park right nearby, where you can see amazing bird species, including pink flamingos, not to mention the stunning Pink Lake (Lago Rosa).
