“It's OK for one night, to come and go”
To be improved

They promised free parking, but when I arrived, I couldn't park in the premises and I had to park outside. It was technically "free parking" because I didn't have to pay, but it was misleading.

“We enjoyed the residencia; we had hope for some better system to cool off and a comfortable couch.”
The best

The residence was beautiful, and the location was great. It is quite close to the Old City, about a 10-minute drive, and near several supermarkets. The staff was lovely and very helpful, and our room was spotless. The living room featured a comfortable kitchen and two refrigerators. We were three in our group, and each of us had our room upstairs with a private bathroom.

To be improved

We didn't know; our fault, and we assumed it was included, but our rooms did not have air conditioning. It was scorching hot! Our rooms had a portable fan, and there was only one downstairs in the living room. The residence is divided into areas. We were on "A", but we saw later that "B" had air conditioning, and it was not offered to us. The other piece we didn't like was the two couches in the living room. They were beautiful, aesthetically speaking, but very uncomfortable for sitting or resting.
