Kitchen facility in the room, reasonable price and university environment. I have been staying here since 2014. So would always chose this place whenever I come to Salamanca!

To be improved

Room wasn't properly clean. Kitchen should have an electric kettle.

Location, safety, cleanliness were very good.

To be improved

The size of the shower was too small but that is difficult to solve. I'd suggest replacing the shower faucet so you don't keep hitting it with your arms.
