“The room was wonderfully quiet and featured a lovely outdoor terrace. It was located in a lively neighborhood with lots of young people, creating a pleasant and vibrant atmosphere. Public transport, restaurants, and supermarkets were all within walking distance. The beach was also quite close. The reception staff were always available and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. · Cons: The toilet and dishes didn't appear very clean upon arrival. However, the rest of the space was clean and well maintained.”

“Good student dorm”

The staff was helpful and responsive to all questions, breakfast was better than I expected after staying in other Resas as a guest. There is microwave and fridge in the room but no kettle or pan/pot. I also could use washing machine and drier but need to buy own detergent.

To be improved

The shower in my room was broken, so I hardly could shower after arriving for the late check-in. However, it was fixed on the next day before noon after I informed the reception. At the same time, if it was on the weekend, the outcome would probably be different and such things should be checked and fixed before renting out the room. Also, depends on the occupancy, but can be very unpleasantly loud and the walls are very very thin. I only had annoying first night and the rest of nights were quiet :) All in all, it was ok for me as a budget option.

Location means you can’t walk to the city easily but it is only 30 min walk to beach

The bed duvet is so thin and they did not have normal duvet so in the evening was a bit cold. And there was no slipper at hotel.
