“Stable and effective for money living outside Madrid”

It was a good room with all needed for a very reasonable price. There is a good cafe with very cheap and normal sets of dishes.

To be improved

A little bit far from Madrid and room will be good for 2 person but for 3 is small.

“A pleasant stay during a conference at UAM”

Spacious room, friendly and attentive staff, very close to the University (where I presented in a conference) and not far from the Renfe station.

To be improved

Breakfast is OK, but very small and limited. The location is remote, with almost no options for food and groceries, and it is almost impossible to cook (equipped with utensils, but no soap for dishwashing, salt, pepper, or oil) . It might be preferable to rent a car, stay in another place and come to the University by car - parking is not a problem.

“Convenient stay near UAM with comfortable bed and spacious room.”
The best

Conveniently located near UAM. It is also possible to travel to the downtown area of Madrid using the Cantoblanco train station. It takes about 30 minutes to get there. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The quality of the food at breakfast was also fine. Staff was also in general very friendly.

To be improved

The fact that you have a restriction on the amount of food and beverages (including coffee) that you can eat for breakfast is perhaps the biggest downside. There is also not much else to do around that area besides visiting UAM. There are no big convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.

“Well equipped apartments in quiet surrounding”
The best

The situation within the campus of UAM was very convenient for business. Very quiet apartments with minimum equipment. Clean, free parking. Breakfast okay. Link to downtown via buses and train.

To be improved

The TV was not well functioning, but today's generation doesn't watch anymore.
