One of the worst stays I have ever had. The facility is very disorganised. When I arrived I was told that my room had already been allocated and they gave me another one, which was time consuming and the check in took a long time. The worst experience was that I found strangers in my room. They had mistakenly been assigned my room. Fortunately I was present in the room when they entered otherwise they would have found all my belongings such as my computer, documents and other electronic equipment unattended. When I left my suitcase for a couple of hours after checking in, the employee forgot to affix the identification label. When I went to collect my luggage, the staff on duty were shocked and apologised. In the room where the luggage was kept, mine was the only one without a tag and could have been claimed by anyone. A truly forgettable experience.

“The location is perfect, near to the Arc de Triomf. Very pleasant workers. · Cons: There's no AC, just a fan. Its almost impossible to sleep without open windows, but with open windows the street is very noisy, so basically it's very hard to sleep. In 4 nights, only once cleaning came, and it was on the first day.”

“The location was amazing - easily accessing any part of Barcelona. The staff were very nice and accommodating - especially the cleaners who were very sweet! The reception is open 24/7 which is amazing if you are someone who likes to go clubbing and have a problem in the middle of the night. The rooms are standard. They are exactly what a student accommodation is like so if you’re looking for a hotel stay - this isn’t the place. They are rooms where multiple students have stayed in so expect it to look used. However, if you’re looking for an affordable room solely to be able to get ready, sleep and shower comfortably in this is the place. · Cons: The breakfast was a little shocking. Every day is the same choice between a baguette & a croissant with either juice, water or cola. I would have at least assumed you could have gotten a baguette with a croissant but it’s either/or. To call one croissant and a juice "breakfast" is very deceiving. However, you do get what you paid for so it’s up to you to decide if you want a snack rather than a breakfast. The shower also gets clogged really easily so if you have long hair just be prepared! INCREDIBLY HOT. There is no AC, and you only have a fan, and I would advise against using them as they are very dusty and you’d probably get sick using it. Just be prepared to boil in your room every day haha (Barcelona is worth it)”
