“Friendly place to stay with good transport connections”
The best

Location good as long as you are aware it is a little out of the main town but only 15-20 min walk to the beach and the funicular and 30 min walk into the old town or plenty of bus connections - get the 6 or 12 journey travel pass from tourist info as it works out cheaper. Beds comfy, good powerful showers with plenty of hot water. Good common room with tables, TV, table football, also a gym. Good value for San Sebastian. Super friendly and helpful staff with 24 hour manned reception so no worries about access.

The kitchenette was a little cramped but we mainly ate out anyway

“A great lower cost option in San Sebastián”
The best

Dorms were quite comfortable. Kids loved the foosball table. Parking was convenient and free. Location was good - it was a lovely walk to the funicular and beach.

Location great Beds comfortable Adequate parking. Very friendly welcoming staff.

To be improved

No kettle, !! Very limited cooking utensils and crockery ( 1 cup for a family of 4) . kitchens really small and opening the window blocks the door to the room from being opened. Blinds make rooms really dark but if not drawn the room will get too hot from the sunshine.

“Cons: 0 quality for huge price. I m not demanding 5 star service, but i need the basics. Cheapest hostels provide some, but here we got none. Half of the things was not working. No AC. Room ment for 1 person during school year but they simply put extra mattress. But 1 was soft, another hard. Bed size was small)”
