“Positive stay. Good value for money”

The best

Very close to public transportation, both metro and tram, for easy access to the city. No problems with check-in. Friendly staff. Clean and functional room. Basic and welcoming breakfast. Good value for money.

To be improved

One night was particularly noisy due to a group of young people. We would have liked a hair dryer in the room.

“- very comfortable bed - room and bathroom neat and clean, just enough space for 1 person for a hort stay - the building is well maintained - a very kind receptionist at the evening shift - close to San Mamés bus station and tram stop · Cons: - I was given a room at the 10th floor (that was a challenge, since I am afraid of heights) - the lift was trembling - although breakfast was available at a good price of 5€, and there were some gluten-free bread, I would suggest to serve boiled eggs or something warm.”

Literally by the bus intermodal, metro, tram and bus routes. Very convenient. Has a lot of shops and food nearby

To be improved

No hairblower, only cleaning and change sheets after 3 days, only one pillow

The best

It was a very convenient location. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of clean towels. The view of the city was amazing.

To be improved

Difficult to adjust temperature on the shower. The kitchen area was good but no cleaning equipment ie no cloths no tea towels no washing liquid...hardly any dishes and no kettle or coffee pot.
