“bad and poor communication”

clean apartment.

lack of communication. we received instruction at whatsapp about code . however at the building, there was no information regarding who to contact and so on. the person at telefone could only speak spanish , no communication was possible in english. they give no invoice after stay.

Was not as shown in the pictures. It was supposed to be different kind of accomodation, but in the information that was not clear at all. Also some electric wires were in the bathroom. Wondering if dangerous or not

Unit was clean and everything was as advertised. Staff was very helpful and responsive. The location was close to the highway, very easy access. Parking accommodations were great.

The view is amazing.

Lack of basic amenities. Like a kitchen towel to dry the dishes. There’s a washing machine, but no rack or lines to hang it to dry. The knife in the kitchen was too blunt to even cut the salad. Some detergent, kitchen soap, and the likes would also be a welcome addition. Downside to the view is that you have to walk a bit to get groceries and if you buy a lot, you have to carry it back uphill.

The property was clean and there was super parking. The setup was so welcoming with the table set for a meal. The kitchen was well equipped..
