“Good price but needs a deep cleaning.”
The best

Price is very competitive, especially for how close it is to the beach. A good store is nearby. Beds are comfortable and there is a nice view of the ocean. Big space too, tons of room.

To be improved

The place was pretty dirty. There were cabinets filled with mold, washing machine had mold, ac units were moldy. When I arrived there were dirty dishes on the counter and damp towels in the washing machine.
