“It was pretty good some little improvments could be done to make it better”

The location was great, in front of super markets and super easy access, is also in front of bus stop. The rooms were very spacious and the building has a mini golf area and a Patio for children to play.

To be improved

The beds where uncomfortable the sofa bed was a disaster, their where no lamps and the lighting was bad so at night it was uncomfortable. The shower was bad as well, water came out weak and slow and the temperature setting was finicky.

WiFi coverage and speed is poor. Beds are not comfortable. Pillows could be added.

Apartment was a good size.Very clean, nice welcome from reception staff with good communication. Excellent location for shops , facilities and transport links. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

“Good location for seeing the area but can be a noisy location too.”

Pallafrugell is an excellent area for seeing beautiful parts of the costa brava. The apartment was a little worn but very clean. The reception team where very attentive in making sure we were ok to check in as we were arriving out of their working hours.

To be improved

This is the second time we have stayed here. I’m afraid that we are disappointed with the quality of our stay this time. Our apartment was positioned on the road near the roundabout. As well as the walls being thin we could hear our neighbors. Bad luck for us as they liked to stay up late and caused a lot of banging of furniture in the early hours. We did not sleep much the second night because of this.

“Great value for money in a great location”

The best

The location of the hotel is great as its not far a journey to the beach or the main town. Shops, restaurants are very close. Plenty of space and balcony was great.

To be improved

Our shower wasn't the best as during use it would switch back to the water coming out of the tap
