The room we have booked was not available. After 45 min waiting somebody appeared and gave us another room

My stay was far from smooth. Upon arrival, they gave me the keys of two different apartments, both already occupied. Then, they sent me to a nearby hotel, which also had no available rooms. It took three attempts before I finally got a place to stay for the night. The next day, when I moved to the apartment I had booked, they gave me the wrong one—despite requesting two single beds, I was given a double. Poor organization and communication made for a frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids asking for extra bed and extra cot. Once we checked in there was only a double size bed and little couch. So my son had to sleep on the little couch. Unfortunately the people at hotel couldn't help much as the room was managed by a private and not by the hotel. Private that never answered to any messages whether by booking or by WhatsApp. I feel it's a rip-off for the money that we paid to him. No chance that an extra bed could fit in that room. He should be fair and do not accept bookings with more than 2 people and get more money for it.
