“Disappointed with our stay”

Good quality of bathrobes, good design, that’s it.

To be improved

First of all, no towels were provided — only slippers and bathrobes — so we had to dry ourselves with the robes, which was very inconvenient. We texted them about it and nothing, no one even replied to us. There were spiders both inside the house and outside on the terrace, with a lot of spiderwebs visible, which made the place feel poorly maintained. It’s also clear that there are several unfinished details in the house. For example, the shower doors don’t close properly, and some of the light switches don’t work. Moreover the general quality of the interior was rather poor. Additionally, there was a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee capsules provided. What’s the point of having a machine if we can’t enjoy a coffee in the morning? Same with the kettle and absence of tea and cups. Honestly, the experience did not live up to our expectations, and we feel that the stay was not worth the price.
