The best

Missed our flight so last minute late booking. Staff were so helpful. Room was spotlessly clean,. When checking out staff ordered our taxi. So very helpful.

To be improved

A little wary as it was late at night and steel door was a bit off-putting.

The air conditioning was promised but was not operational. There was no proper shower soap, only hand soap at the sink. The walls and doors are extremely thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring apartments and the hallway—especially frustrating at night. Instead of a proper double bed, there were just two single beds pushed together. The pillows were very uncomfortable. A bottle of water was listed as included in the booking, but none was provided. There was also no balcony, despite expectations. For the price, I expected much more. There are plenty of other accommodations that offer a better value for money.
