“a nightmare”

It was a big hassle, first of all from Booking. I thought I had chosen a location with a sea view and ended up getting a room in a basement, with a humidity index over 70, no bathroom door, only one window with bars, no phone or internet signal. The accommodation staff were not at all open to finding a solution, totally lacking empathy for my situation. I chose accommodation for a night of relaxation and disconnection and spent the day trying to get another option, where I could actually sleep. Booking is misleadingly advertising this location, and the staff seems to have no interest in resolving situations where expectations are not met. The "deluxe" qualification is misleading, basic living conditions are not met! AIR to breathe, for example (paradoxical). Plus others. HORRIBLE.

I really love staying there as the view was perfect and peaceful. Even I had a small issue with the property and they resolved it straight away. The staff is very nice too

To be improved

I would only say that I have to take the stairs with the pushchair. It is a bit hard with baby.
