Very damp and had a really bad smell . Bedding and towels were damp to the touch . Every time you flushed the toilet it smelled of sewer . It’s an old building and this apartment is below the street in a dug out area with a retaining wall built around it .

The apartment is located in the basement and I am not sure it’s possible to live there long time because of humidity. It was wet / cold in the apartment when we arrived. The smell was disgusting. We found some device which fixes humidity which was dirty. We cleaned it up and used it to be able to live somehow there. The kitchen was not cleaned at all in drawers. You could see the debris which was there for months. The washing machine was broken. I didn’t know there and started washing. It didn’t do anything and Host said he didn’t know about that and that’s it. I needed to wash all my expensive clothes by hand after that. The furniture in the apartment looks too much. You don’t need 80% of it.

Just that it was a basement so nowhere to sit out and not much natural light.
