“Good and easy access for a break on the road.”

Nice hotel and cafeteria, pretty clean and fair prices for good food. The bedding is ok, not perfect but good for a couple nights stay on the way to Portugal. Easily accessible for the highway and to go visit Burgos. The restaurant was too expensive for us but seemed awesome, the cafeteria on the other hand was perfect for a nice and easy meal, very fair prices, good food.

To be improved

There was no AC in the room, just a fan.

Ideal location for our passing to Portugal. Rooms were clean and staff were politie and helpfull.

Since we drove 12hours, details or day to day irritations were not top of mind.

“worst night's sleep ever”

The worst night sleep I have ever had. This hotel is like a sauna as soon as you step inside the building. It is advertised as having aircon in the "Comfortable Accommodations" section, however the only place there is any aircon is in the restaurant. The rest of the hotel including the bedrooms is incredibly uncomfortably hot, even when it cooled down at night. There was a ceiling fan only which only blew hot air around. We slept with the window open which did not help, and we were woken at 4am by the bin collection. Gutted I spent any money at all on this place, I would have slept better in the car. The restaurant staff also run reception, so when we arrived there was no one to let us into the hotel, we had to wait in the que with lunchtime crowds to be even let into the building. I called several times during this time and the phone was simply hung up. There was also no one on reception outside the cafe times, so no one we would talk to about the unbearable room we had, and no one there when we left. We travel through this area at least 4 times a year, so disappointed as it looked so promising, but there are better options, don't waste your money here.

“The hotel was easy to find, EV chargers on site, within a large carpark. Restaurant which serves breakfast through to dinner with plenty of seating. Sound proof, didn't hear the traffic at all. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, comfortable bed, walk in shower with towels and toiletries included. Hotel and restaurant dog friendly which was excellent! · Cons: Nothing.”
