“Beautiful view, great potential for a high score here wtih a bit of investment”
The best

Excellent view, even from the bed. Center within walking distance. With a bit of investment on the furnitures and aircon, it could be a 9.5/10 property!

To be improved

except of the bathroom, the apartment was very dirty. Bit out dated furnitures, but if you are not spending much time there it is not incommodious. No aircon but was doable with fans.
