The location is amazing, and the apartment is perfect for 4 people. What I appreciate the most, though, is customer service. We received very clear instructions on accessing the apartment and everything else related to our visit. Thank you. I would love to stay with you again.

Nice spacious apartment in a good location - lots of dining options and good transport links. Retiro park only 5 minutes walk away.

To be improved

Access to the building could be better - requires mobile phone use and sometimes we had signal problems.

Big spacious apartment; kitchen was amazing! bathroom was also very big; nice and clean building

No AC vent in the master bedroom; however the host was quick to instal a fan in the room on the same day.

The bathroom had issues. One sink was broken and the shower didn’t work (had to use the hand held). Also, we requested some extra sheets which weren’t delivered.

Bed and pillows very uncomfortable, no extra sheets available. Dirty walls in the apartment and bathroom in urgent need of update. Only washing machine no dryer but no clothes hanger, although it was supposed to be inside a wardrobe that could not be opened.
