“Good tourist location but with some irritating issues.”

The location regarding access to Madrid was great, right next to the Retiro Park and walking distance to lots of other facilities

To be improved

The first thing is the toilet which is squashed in a tiny corner of the bathroom and awkward to access and use, not suitable for tall or large guests. The second aspect was that it is located on the ground floor right next to the main entrance of the apartment block which it is part of. The apartment block has a heavy glass and steel door which clangs shut every time somebody arrives and leaves. This is heard very loud in the room. This happens often during the day and till quite late a night.

The apartment was excellent - very well laid out with everything you need for a city break Very clean - bed very comfortable. All decoration and facilities were lovely / new and modern Kitchen was just what you need for a quick breakfast/lunch Bathroom and shower were great and exceptionally clean Location is a bit out of the way but 2 tram stops were within 5-10 minutes walk but in a nice one way street with shops and bars 2 minutes away Will definitely go back here soon - thanks 😊 Highly recommended 🤩

Toilet is a bit cramped but perfectly usable Some people have commented on the noise of the door closing in the apartment block next door but we didn’t have any real problems - yes you can hear now and again but this is city living Highly recommended stay

All. You have everything you need to live Madrid as you were at home. The bathroom is amazing ! Was huge for a solo traveler. Ayoze was a great host to do the check in and check out. Very nice and helpful staff!

To be improved

Unfortunately if your sleep is light … will be difficult to sleep as the door of the building that is 2m from the flat is so loud when someone comes in or out of the building that it resonates and awake you.
