Host was very responsive when we needed the keys at late arrival

To be improved

The hot water didn't work for the first night but the host fixed it for the second night and cleaner woke us up in the morning knocking on our door

The room was tiny but okay for a short stay, it was pretty cheap

To be improved

The flatmates were loud all of the time, none of the staff speaks english, I had to pay way more (€20 instead of €10) than what was stated on booking.com when I couldn't check in before 8pm because of my flight getting delayed, it was pretty confusing to get there
