We had to request moving rooms twice, groups of male and females, absolutely out of control, our first night it was horrendous noise from 11pm till 5am and our nxt night was till 7am, the staff were reluctant to deal with it and we eventually got a room change but it was exactly the same, totally spoilt our trip and a big birthday celebration for our Son. So frustrating and disappointing as this was supposedly 4star and adults only

Exceptionally clean hotel room and areas around the hotel. Staff are lovely and always welcome you. There is a lot of choice for breakfast food and it is always fresh. Places to store luggage before checking in.

To be improved

There were not many parasols at the pool area (sky building). Some were broken and we had to go down early to ensure we got one. During the summer it is good to have the option of a parasol especially when it is so hot. Some of the parasols were missing the nail to help them stay up.

Great location and a lovely hotel would definitely stay again

To be improved

The premium rooms are not joint to the hotel so you have to keep crossing the road for whenever you want anything out of the main hotel like food/drinks and reception plus we had a faulty shower the whole week we was there
