Good Breakfast. Nice Staff

We came as part of a hen party (all ~40 years old!) on multiple bookings and reception quickly swapped rooms around so we could be close to each other but in twin beds! All staff were incredibly friendly and polite The pool area was a nice relaxing environment which didn't feel too busy. It was nice to find the cut through into the centre of town and we felt it was well situated. Also check out time was great

Super clean, great breakfast, nice staff, comfy beds and great location (there’s a stairs at the back of the building down the restaurants and bars - seconds!)

This is a fabulous hotel, we would definitely recommend it. Good location for Palma Nova beach and the small town. Our room was in the Panoramic building (0401) and our first impression of our view from the balcony to the sea was amazing! The room was large, clean and bed very comfortable. Really could have done with a mirror in the bedroom, although, there were two large mirrors in the bathroom. Also the wardrobe doors were a challenge. The menu was excellent both for breakfast and dinner, including british sausage and bacon. An excellent variety of food on offer to please everyone. All staff were very good but would like to make a special mention for the young waiter Embaric ( hope I’ve spelt it correctly) who was always pleasant and attentive with a warm smile. The pool area had numerous sun-beds and pools bearing in mind this was out of season so never a problem.

Reverence Mare Hotel Palma Nova Room number 215 Dear Sir or Madam, As seasoned travellers we know location location is so important. Cutomer feedback can only be of a benefit to the ongoing success of the hotel and it's sister establishments. We were dissapointed with the repetitiveness of the food especially the evening meals, however as half board clientele we found the staff to be attentive and obliging. The reception staff were spot on and were extremely helpful, Our daily room service did not come up to the standards one expectes from a 4/5 Star hotel. High winds brought about unexpected debris that was not cleared up. No doors on the shower room and toilet area, they appearrd to have been dismantled resulting in a dangerously wet floor ( tread softly senior citizens). Our Bali Bed should have been directly outside our room given us some privacy and we would have avoided a neighbourly dispute. As senior citizens have to embrace new technologies, the introduction and use of Qr Codes to order snacks and drinks was at first a little disturbing. Had a lovely stay here at the Reverence Mare adult only and totally fallen in love with Palma Nova. Rooms and the hotel were spotless and the breakfast was a great choice. Evening meal a bit hit and miss but I think it was limited choices due to them ensuring there is no waste as not everyone was half board, and you seem to find if that dish or sweet was gone that was it, it wasn't replenished. Reception staff were super friendly, sometimes had issues with bar staff who would just ignore you when they could see you waiting. There was a big fitness excursion there at the time so where more sunbeds would be there weren't so sometimes you did struggle to get a bed, no biggy though, beach across the road. Yes we would definatley try this hotel again
