“Just the location · Cons: The receptionist, had a bit of a attitude problem, it felt like he was doing you a favour, booking in was a pain in the ass, had to fill out a card and then fill out the same info on a tablet, also they took my debit card access info code, and was told it's just policy, so they have your debit card info and your CVC info, debit card number is fine but having to give them your CVC number isn't, never had to that before and won't be doing that again, insisting on giving your CVC digit's to a complete stranger at a reception desk isn't okay,”

“We stayed in a deluxe suite! Two old beds uncomfortable with not very nice pillows. A very minimalista kitchen, no wine glasses or bottle opener and a fridge that looked second hand. If this was deluxe I hate to think how the rest is. They are doing renovations, a mess and noisy. The lifts were ruined by building materials. The design of the passage way to the rooms made it super noisy with builders and cleaners talking loud. In general not a good experience at all. The pool is nice but there are not enough sun shades. · Cons: I didn't like it very poor”
