“I am just realistic”

The best

Apartment is nice, it is on good location, near beach. It is fully equiped, kitchen, and even washing maschine. Host Paula was really nice, quick in response ( there were some problems, but she send maintance guy same day ). AC is great. Gym in the basement is really nice and usefull. There are nice restoraunts on the beach...

To be improved

There is only one thing about apartment that we didn't like...it was cleaned before we came, but floor was dirty, so i went to store, buy some cleaning agent and washed it myself ( water in bucket was brown when i finished ). I cant say anything bad about bathroom or kitchen, they were clean. In 11 days towels and sheets were changed once, on my demand. I understand it is apartment, but price is as 4 star hotel in Benidorm ( with halfboard, i know this becouse my cousins were at same time there ), so you could change towels,sheets and clean apartment like every 4,5 days, it would really mean to your guests. Then, something about beach, if you have small children look somwhere else, water is always with waves, and there is always seagrass in it...we were unlucky and there was storm...three days water was like jungle, more grass was in water than in whole Alicante town parks...and this is known problem, becouse on the beach is written that seaweed is sign that water is clean-unless it is all around you 😉

The best

An amazing holiday staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, which was absolutely fantastic. It was so convenient to be able to enjoy the sea and sand anytime I wanted. Parking was never an issue. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hosts. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free holiday by the beach. 👍

“Fabulous apartment on the beach”

The best

Apartment had everything we needed, location was excellent, steps away from a lovely beach, close to bars and restaurants, a small supermarket and a farmacy. Everything we needed right on our doorstep. Lovely small green area for kids to play, very safe. Great communication from hosts. Bus to the city right around the corner. Will definitely be booking this property again. Some reviews mentioned noise of planes, its beside the airport so you do hear planes taking off but that didnt bother us at all and wouldnt put us off booking again
