I got some free amenities such as water, soda, juice etc. A small touch that goes a long way. The bed was also very comfortable.

To be improved

The price was a bit high for one night, but I cannot take too much points away since I ordered it the day prior, I should have booked more days in advance.

“Comfortable stay very close to the airport”

The best

Conveniently located, clean and comfortable. Very good for airport access and for s night before or after the flight. Very good AC, great water pressure and nice touch with snacks like cookies and soft drinks waiting in the room. With closed windows the airport noise was barely a hum and I slept great.

To be improved

Open windows provide access for bugs of all kind so close the windows and turn the AC on.

Bitten by bedbugs and then blamed for it — host acted irresponsibly and even tried to intimidate us. We were badly bitten by bedbugs on the very first night of our stay. We immediately informed the host and told him that this is not just uncomfortable, but can also be a serious health concern. We never asked for any compensation — we simply wanted to inform him and give him a chance to respond responsibly. Instead, the host replied that “no one has ever complained about this before”, so it couldn’t possibly be true. He then implied we were trying to scam him and even mentioned contacting legal authorities — as if we were threatening him, which we absolutely were not. We replied very calmly, saying that we were fully open to solving this via legal channels if necessary. We offered to go to a doctor, get confirmation that the bites were fresh and from bedbugs, and provide any documentation needed. Again, we did not demand any money — we just expected basic responsibility and decency. After that, the host stopped responding entirely. He never even asked how we were feeling the next day, whether we were okay, or offered any support. This experience was both physically and emotionally unpleasant. Being attacked by bedbugs is bad enough, but being accused of lying and treated with suspicion is truly unacceptable. I hope Booking.com investigates this property, because no guest should be treated like this. Strongly not recommended.
