The decor and location.

To be improved

There was no milk for coffee and the coffee maker overflowed all over the floor and did not make coffee. The staff gave bad directions and restaurant recommendations.

The best

I was in Madrid, Cuenca, Toledo and Segovia, Riaf Nedina staff was the best. Hotel facilities are great, drinking water, tea, and coffee provided to all guests. The thermal bath experience was fantastic.

To be improved

Nothing. The toilet could have better ventilation.
