The best

I had a great stay! The room was clean and beautifully kept. I really loved the rustic style — it had a warm, cozy feel that made it super inviting. Everything was just as expected, and it was a perfect place to relax. Would definitely stay again!

To be improved

The spa was such a treat — super relaxing, and they even brought me tea afterward which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great too, with the option to enjoy it either in the room or down in the cafeteria. Everything about the stay felt thoughtful and relaxing.

“Stayed here whilst touring the area. Quirky but charming hotel. We booked a suite which had a separate seating area plus a free-standing bath in the room. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Our reservation included an hour's use of the hammam in the basement, which was a new experience for us and which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the free items in the minibar. The breakfast was very good - not a buffet but laid out on the table. · Cons: Slight smell of drains in the bathroom at times. Couldn't manage to get the television to work at all.”

“Beautiful hotel and rooms. Highly recommend it”

The best

I booked a very nice room for my sister and her husband for their wedding night and prenight and I have to say that the stuff was excellent all the time. The hotel is beautiful with a nice Arab style and the staff excellent. Highly recommend it. THANK YOU for making my sister feel super comfortable and special.

“Disappointed”

The best

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. As the hotel is located in the middle of a modern shopping centre, it was good to have access to a large Carrefour to buy wine we would have preferred to get from the hotel's promised facilities.

To be improved

The smell of drains in the bathroom and lobby of our room. It was overpowering at times. Breakfast not served until 0930 at the earliest. Looking at the advertised facilities: the restaurant was closed, the bar was closed, the coffee shop didn't exist, and the sun terrace was a mix of furniture store and laundry drying area.
