We wish to reclaim any fees which were paid for this booking. We were told that the keys could be accessed in a lockbox 'Within the Hallway' of the property. Arriving at the property we were confronted with a heavy wooden front door which we could not open. After some time one of the tenants who was planning to leave came to the front door and let us in. We tried the lockbox code multiple times but without success. The tenant also tried the code but with no success. Over a long period of time a number of other tenants came down and tried the code but with no success. We also had tried the telephone numbers supplied by the owner but these did not go through. They were also tried by the tenants, but with no success. As we had our luggage and time was getting on, we were forced to leave and go to a hotel. Due to the fact that we were unable to check in we expect a refund of 367 Euros and any other fees which were deducted from our account.
