A very central hotel to experience the town. Close to the harbour and the old town with its bar and cafes.

Rooms were small. Perhaps a bit noisy so close to the main road.

“Despite the heat we loved the room, bed, shower and location”

Location, great room, cleanliness, shower! A lovely place to stay, very, very clean. The bed was perfect, as were the sheets, etc. The bedroom was a great size, very comfy, and the bathroom was lovely. The shower was amazing, temperature, regardless of the time of day. And the pressure, almost blew us through the door! A great place to stay.

No aircon. I guess there’s no regular need but it just happened to be a heatwave while we were there, 30 degrees plus everyday. It was unbearable in the evening, getting changed to go out. Opening the windows at night helped but then the morning traffic woke us up. So was hard to find a compromise. There’s a good fan in the room which helped us sleep. Those temperatures are unusual, so I expect this isn’t a problem most of the time. Another small issue were the keys. They were a pain to get into the property and then the room. Everything else was fantastic
